This mild daily exfoliant is exactly what my skin needed. A little product goes a long way and it lathers up thickly. I also appreciate that it’s fragrance free since it’s getting harder to find skincare without added scents. The BHA helps keep pores clear, while the beta glucan adds a nice dose of hydration and helps balance everything out. My skin feels fresh after using it, and a little goes a long way.

I have sensitive skin which tends to be oily around my nose area. My pores in that area are larger and I always look for products that will help keep them clear. (And I have tried lots of products to try to accomplish that.) I was pleasantly surprised by how well this Dr. Jart Dermaclear cleanser worked!I have used this Daily Exfoilating Cleanser every-other-day for the last nine days and I really like the results. My pores look smaller and they don't get clogged as often. After using the cleanser my skin feels soft and smooth and not all tight and dry like I've experience with some other products. The exfoliating grains in this Dr. Jart cleanser must be truly ultra-fine, as I didn't feel anything gritty while washing my face.The product comes out of the tube as an unscented cream and then, by adding a small amount of water, it turns into a beautiful rich lather. I love the smooth feel of it - like putting whipped cream on my face. The price seemed high for just 3.38 fl ounces - but I learned that it only takes a teeny-tiny bit (smaller than a pea) of the cream to turn into lather and clean my whole face. (You can see in my photo the amount I used the first time - and that was way too much.) The tube will last a long time because so little needs to be used for each face cleansing. I am very pleased with the performance of this product.

I love Asian skincare and this Korean brand, Dr Jart, is one of the best. This exfoliating cleanser is really exceptional. It basically has really ultra fine beads to physically exfoliate as well as BHA to chemically exfoliate. If you have oily skin, this will really benefit your skin.Now, here’s the irony. I have dry skin. But I am in perimenopause which means I get weird clogs and acne and this cleanser has done wonders for clearing my skin!Now, as far as cleansers go, this falls more in the category of leaving your skin squeaky clean as oppose to comfortably clean. I love it though sometimes you want to feel really clean. I would highly recommend, it has been really lovely to use!

When I first read this had scrubbing particles I thought it was going to be rough like the old facial scrubs we used to use 20 years ago. This is not like that at all. It's the finest particles that don't scratch or irritate the skin at all. In addition to physical exfoliants, there's also some chemical exfoliants like bha and lactic acid.Love that it's fragrance free. I skip a lot of Dr. Jarts products because of the fragrance so to see this new DermaClear brand is kind of exciting for me. So I have combination skin, and I got both the PH Gel cleanser and the Dr. Jart+ Daily exfoliating cleanser because I wasn't sure which would work better for my skin.First off, I love both- the containers are great, and there is a really nice amount of product for the price.I am 38, use sunscreen everyday, and occasionally mascara, I am noticing some skin elasticity issues, as well as just overall blah vibe to my skin. I tried the Gel cleanser for 5 days, and the daily exfoliating for 5 days.I think the gel cleanser will be great for me during the winter (if it makes it that long, my husband with sensitive skin took it when I was finished because I offhandedly mentioned it might be good for him and he has been using it ever since.) It is a really nice cleanser and doesn't have any issue taking off sunscreen. I just think that for the summer, the scrub was a tad better for my skin, and also allowed it to have more of a glow.My husband, who has very sensitive skin and eczema, tried the scrub for one day and immediately stopped. It wasn't terribly strong for a scrub, he just needs a far gentler cleanser.Overall big fan of the gel for sensitive skin, but if yours tends towards combination/oily you might be better off with their daily scrub for the summer.Both had a safety seal on the bottle, and the scrub has a pull tab (the gel does not).

I ordereed this because I've had great experiences with Dr.Jart+ products in the past. This product is no exception. It's a cream to foam cleanser that is STRONG and effective, but still manages to not irritate my skin. Don't ask me how.There is no scent to it, so it just has a neutral, chemical smell from all its ingredients. It rinses off easily and leaves my skin soft. My normal cleanser is super mild, and I do love it, but this one is better for days when my skin is feeling extra rough or if I have a BB cream I need to remove.After re-reading the product listing, I was surprised to see that there is also a hydrating gel-to-foam cleanser for dry and sensitive skin. I have really, really dry skin and technically should've ordered the other one. That said, I'm really glad I have this one. It's not too harsh for my dry, sensitive skin. Plus, sometimes you just need something a little stronger.Note to manufacturer: I recommend getting rid of the before and after picture in the listing. Here are several reasons:1. Both pictures look the same (screenshot added to my review)2. Why would we want to see what someone looks like with makeup and without? If the purpose is to see how well it removes makeup, the before picture needs more makeup. If it's to see how the cleanser is improving the skin, it should show the skin without makeup before starting the cleanser and then after3. It also, if it's supposed to show an improvement of skin, needs to say WHEN the photos were taken (unless the photos are supposed to reflect how well it takes off makeup). Improvement with the skin takes time. People love to know how much time it'll take to see a difference

I am 47 years old and have dry, aging skin. I love using skincare to try to reverse as much as I can along with preventing future signs of aging anytime soon. Korean skincare is definitely a favorite and I adore Dr.Jart+ products. I recently ordered the Dermaclear Daily Exfoliant Cleanser. This is a 3.38 ounce of cleanser that is designed to lift away dead skin, purify pores, remove makeup, and leave skin looking brighter and feeling smoother. It is formulated with key ingredients like BHA, lactic acid, stearic acid, antioxidants, plus fine perlite and cellulose grains. The grains are very micro sized but I can feel them when I wash my face with this exfoliating cleanser. It’s a very gentle scrub, and between that and the exfoliating ingredients, it does a great job of leaving my face feeling ultra clean, smoother, and looking radiant after. It rinses well, leaving no remaining residue. I love that this is free of alcohol, oils, silicone, sulfates, parabens and fragrance. I have not had any adverse reactions and think that this is a really nice quality, gentle and effective exfoliant that is very reasonably priced and a great addition to my daily skincare routine.

I really like this cleanser. I have been looking for something unscented that was a gentle exfoliant and I think this is it. The cleanser itself is creamy with a little bit of "grit" to it. You only need to use a small amount and you will still get great results. I have only been using it for about 2 weeks, but my skin feels softer and I feel like I am getting a good clean on my face. It's not sticky and doesn't leave a residue or scent behind.

This cleanser has quickly become my new favorite and I absolutely love the texture. The exfoliation is very fine, so it’s gentle and feels wonderful on my face. It leaves my skin feeling smooth without being harsh or scratchy. It lathers nicely, rinses away easily with my facial sponges, and leaves my skin feeling clean without feeling tight or dry. I have combination skin, and it does a great job helping with excess oil. I’m really impressed with this cleanser and can definitely see myself repurchasing it.

Interestingly this is only my second experience with Dr. Jart+. I haven’t enjoyed a BHA exfoliating cleanser this much since using the Superkind Harper line, which costs 3 to 4 times as much. Dr. Jart+ gives similar smooth, clarified results for my skin but for way less dough. The BHA, lactic acid, stearic acid and super fine grains that you can only feel when rubbing your face all feel sort of magical together because it's gentle yet really good at cleansing away dirt, makeup, and it rinses well. No fragrance, no oils or silicones or parabens - all for a very good price.The packaging is completely basic though unlike harper's beautiful neon green glass. It's just a simple white squeeze tube that won't win any awards for bathroom aesthetic, but the formula inside is where the magic happens.

This cleanser has been great to use. It lathers up well and does a great job cleansing my skin and keeping it clean. It removes impurities and sunscreen easily and doesn't make my skin feel dried out. There are fine particles that exfoliate but because it's very fine, it doesn't feel rough. It actually feels quite pleasant and lets me know that's doing its thing in a subtle way and I love how smooth my skin feels afterwards. It's gentle and doesn't irritate. It washes away cleanly and leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean but not dry. I highly recommend this.

I tried this cleanser for myself and really liked it! No fragrance, and very gentle. This is definitely not like the scrub I used as a teen! The particles are effective on rough spots but super fine and don’t damage or scratch my skin at all. The cleanser foams up nicely and removed makeup plus exfoliated my skin in one step which is nice. The only thing I didn’t love is that a LOT came out of the tube somehow, there must have been a little air bubble or something. I ended up using it as a body wash on my arms and legs too, but it’s too expensive for that! A little goes a long way.I actually ordered this for my teenage son who has keratosis pilaris bumps in his face. I like that he can use this as a daily cleanser and scrub in one step and that it’s not too drying, which can make KP worse.It’s not specifically marketed for KP but he likes using it and it seems to be showing some improvement. I would order again.

Just used this product for the first time. And its amazing. Its not like most exfoliating products. The beads are very fine and dont scratch your skin. Its foamy cleanser definitely works. As I was rinsing it off. I can feel my face squeaky clean. The purity off this product is amazing

This face wash is very thick and creamy, with the tiniest little exfoliating beads, I almost don’t feel them. Because of how thick the cleanser is, it doesn’t take much at all to get a really rich lather. There is no scent, and it doesn’t irritate my skin, but it does strip it of all natural oils. So, moisturizing after washing is a must. Otherwise, I’m pretty happy with this cleanser.

It's a wonderfully creamy cleanser which lathers well. I forgot that this was an exfoliator as you can't see the microbeads at all. It's only when you begin to spread it that you feel the slight exfoliation. It's subtle yet persistent. The cleanser washes thoroughly, but is not stripping. My skin did not feel dry afterwards. The price point is very fair for the quality & quantity that you receive. Recommended 5 stars item.

I got this exfoliating cleanser for my tween son, who is starting to get clogged pores on his nose. He's only used it a few times, but his nose is already starting to look clearer. If you also deal with blackheads or clogged pores, this is awesome.Even though I got it for my kid, and I'm not exactly the target market (I'm early 50s with normal skin, no acne or blackheads) I had to try it myself. I've gotta say, I loved it! I wouldn't be able to use this every day, but I will keep using it every once in a while when I really want to get my face clean. The cleanser works into a mild lather, and the exfoliating grains are extremely fine and gentle. Rubbing it onto my face felt great, and as I washed it off, my skin felt squeaky clean in a way I just don't get with my cleansing balms, gels, and mild milky cleansers. After I dried off, my skin still felt fantastically clean without being uncomfortably dried out. I definitely wanted to follow it with my hydrating toner and moisturizer, but overall my skin felt great. Dr. Jart+ is an excellent brand, and this product lives up to their good reputation.

I need a good cleanser because I wear a full face of makeup and sunscreen everyday so I wash my face 2x a day and go through cleasner quickly. I also have the Dr Jart hydrating cleasner and I love it. The formulation is very similar to that one, but this one has actives- bha. I like to use face cleasners with actives- aha/ bha/ benzoyl peroxide/ pha also on my underarms to help reduce bacteria monsters that are the reason for odor. I leave it on for most of my shower to let it go to work.You can also do this with your face if you do not use actives in your skincare leave this on the face for a few moniutes while you do other shower things. If you do use actives, then you might want to use this a liitle faster to reduce potential irriation form over exfoliation. This is formulated with gentle surfactants and feels gentle. My skin was clean, felt soft and I can double duty this on "odor areas".
