At Seoulia, we process, ship, and deliver our authentic K-Beauty products internationally. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, destinations, transit timelines, and tax responsibilities to ensure a transparent shopping experience for our customers.

We currently provide fully trackable international shipping services to the following countries:

If international shipping is unavailable for your specific delivery address or postal code, the system will prevent order completion at the checkout page.

Shipping Origin & Fulfillment Location

To guarantee 100% authenticity, all K-Beauty items are processed and dispatched internationally from our dedicated logistics center located in South Korea:

  • Fulfillment Location Address: N029, 602, Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 06083, Republic of Korea.
  • Important Notice Regarding Returns: The South Korea logistics address listed above is strictly for fulfillment and sorting coordination. It is NOT an authorized return address. Please do not mail packages back to this address. For all returns, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact customer support to receive local authorized return instructions.

Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and official holidays). This window includes payment confirmation, rigorous quality checks, and secure protective packaging.

If an item becomes temporarily unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative replacement, ship the available items and issue a partial refund, or cancel and fully refund the order.

Shipping Method & Transit Time

We offer Standard Shipping for all supported international destinations.

  • Estimated Standard Shipping Time: 5 to 8 Business Days (Monday to Friday) after the package has been handed over to our shipping carriers.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Combined Order Processing Time (1-3 Business Days) + Standard Shipping Time (5-8 Business Days).

Shipping fees are calculated accurately based on the gross package weight and will be dynamically displayed on the checkout page prior to final payment. The standard tiered rates are structured as follows:

Delivery Timeline Disclaimer: Delivery windows are statistical estimates and do not represent guaranteed delivery dates. Factors such as statutory holidays, severe regional weather, customs inspections, or unexpected courier disruptions may extend shipping times.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking ID. Please allow up to 48 hours for logistics portals to refresh and reflect active carrier location scans.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • Tax Transparency Statement: Unless explicitly stated otherwise via precise tax tools during checkout, our base international shipping fees exclude local import taxes, VAT, GST, customs entry fees, or carrier brokerage surcharges.
  • Customer Accountability: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. The end recipient holds full responsibility for fulfilling these required payments to local border authorities. Seoulia does not control customs charges and cannot predict the exact amounts in advance.

Address Accuracy & Refused Packages

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are entirely responsible for providing an accurate, verified, and complete English delivery address during checkout. Seoulia is not liable for failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect address submissions.
  • Refused Shipments: If a customer refuses to accept a package during customs clearance or delivery due to unpaid import taxes or duties, the parcel may be abandoned, delayed, or returned by the courier. In these scenarios, any carrier return penalties, storage fees, or associated abandonment costs incurred by Seoulia will be directly deducted from the order's eventual refund. Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
