Is my personal and payment data safe with Seoulia?
Absolutely. Seoulia is hosted on the highly secure Shopify e-commerce architecture, which features full industry-standard data encryption and GDPR/CCPA consumer compliance. Furthermore, we rely exclusively on secure third-party billing networks (such as Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal). We never ingest or store your full credit card numbers or banking credentials on our own local servers.
Order Management & Tracking
How do I track my order shipment in real-time?
Once your parcel has been processed and handed over to our international logistics couriers, you will instantly receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique Tracking Number.
You can track your parcel's location journey through two convenient methods:
- Click directly on the active tracking link provided inside your confirmation email.
- Visit our dedicated Order Tracking Page at https://shopseoulia.com/apps/track123 and input either your Order Number + Email Address or your specific Tracking Number.
Note: Please allow up to 48 hours following carrier handoff for the courier's system to activate physical location scans.
Can I modify or change my shipping address after an order is placed?
If you discover an error in your shipping destination, please contact us immediately at support@shopseoulia.com. We can adjust address parameters only if the request is logged before the order enters our active fulfillment and labeling stage. Because we strive to pack orders within our tight 1 to 3 business days handling window, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been finalized.
My tracking status reads "Delivered," but I cannot find my package. What should I do?
If a delivery confirmation is posted but the package is not in your hands, please complete the following steps before filing a claim:
- Inspect secure dropping points around your property, including porches, back patio areas, mail dropboxes, or side entries.
- Verify with family members, immediate neighbors, or your building's front desk/concierge to ensure it wasn't accepted on your behalf.
- Contact your local carrier branch (e.g., local USPS office, Canada Post, Royal Mail) quoting your tracking ID to request local delivery GPS coordinates.
If the package remains unlocated after 3 business days following the delivery timestamp, email us at support@shopseoulia.com with your Order Number so our customer service team can launch an official courier investigation.

What are your exact processing and transit delivery times?
Our overall delivery timeline is split into two clearly defined operational phases:
- Order Processing Time (Handling Time): 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day.
- Standard Shipping Time (Transit Time): 5 – 8 Business Days (Monday to Friday) depending heavily on regional customs border clearance.
The total estimated delivery timeline ranges between 6 to 11 business days depending on destination constraints.
Where do your premium beauty items ship from?
To guarantee 100% product authenticity, all of our premium K-Beauty assortments are managed, quality-checked, and dispatched internationally from our verified fulfillment coordination facility based in Seoul, South Korea.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy and condition criteria?
We provide an official 30-day return policy from the verified date of delivery. To meet international public health, hygiene, and cosmetic safety rules, products can only be returned or exchanged if they are completely unopened, unused, untampered with, and enclose their original retail wrapping with all seals completely intact.
Are there any restocking fees, and who pays for return shipping?
Seoulia proudly charges a $0.00 restocking fee for all authorized returns. Regarding shipping costs:
- Customer Remorse (Change of mind / Incorrect variant ordered): The customer holds full responsibility for paying trackable return shipping costs to our designated facility.
- Operational Fault (Damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered): Seoulia takes complete fiscal accountability and will supply a prepaid return shipping path or exchange solution at zero extra charge.
Can I mail my return package back directly to your Delaware address or South Korea hub?
No. Our registered corporate address in Delaware, USA, and our sorting warehouse in Seoul, South Korea, are strictly optimized for corporate registration and fulfillment coordination. They are not authorized to accept retail consumer return packages. Any package mailed there without prior validation will be rejected. You must contact support@shopseoulia.com to receive authorized return instructions and the correct regional hub routing address.
Products & Customs Taxes
Will I be liable for international customs duties or import taxes?
Unless explicitly integrated and paid during the checkout sequence via verified tax computation interfaces, our base item pricing and international shipping outlays completely exclude regional import tariffs, VAT/GST parameters, or local border brokerage clearings. The end recipient holds full accountability for managing and fulfilling any domestic customs fees required by destination border agencies.
