Seoulia is an independent multi-brand retailer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not claim to be the official website, manufacturer, exclusive distributor, or authorized representative of any third-party brand. Brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification.

7. Pricing, Quantities, and Financial Billing

Product prices and promotional offers may change without prior notice. Price changes will not retroactively increase the price of an accepted and paid order.

We may limit quantities or discontinue products for legitimate reasons, including inventory limitations, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions.

If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to arrange an agreed alternative, a partial shipment and appropriate refund, or cancellation and a full refund.

We may review, restrict, or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including payment verification, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions. Where an order is canceled after payment, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Shipping, Fulfillment, and Customs Regulations

Seoulia currently provides tracked international shipping to the following destinations:

Orders are dispatched internationally from South Korea through our fulfillment and logistics partners.

  • Order Cut-off: 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
  • Processing: 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays.
  • Estimated Standard Shipping Transit: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–11 business days, including processing.

Shipping charges depend on package weight and destination and are displayed before payment. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions.

Customs and Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, or customs clearance and carrier fees. Unless expressly indicated as prepaid or included in the order, applicable import charges are payable by the recipient. We cannot guarantee duty-free entry based on order value.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

We offer a 30-day return window from the confirmed delivery date. For standard change-of-mind returns, eligible beauty products must remain unopened, unused, and in original condition with protective seals intact, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Restocking Fee: $0.00. Customers pay return postage for eligible change-of-mind returns. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Seoulia covers applicable return shipping costs and provides an appropriate resolution.

Contact support@shopseoulia.com for return authorization and the correct return address. Do not send returns to the registered business address or South Korea fulfillment coordination location without written instructions.

Refunds, original shipping charges, and import charges are handled according to the Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Our website may occasionally contain errors involving product descriptions, prices, inventory, promotions, shipping charges, or delivery estimates. We may correct those errors and update our content.
