How to Use

1. Shake well before use to combine the dual-layer formula thoroughly.
2. Dispense 2 to 3 pumps onto dry hands and gently massage over a dry face in circular motions to melt away makeup and excess sebum.
3. Add a small amount of water to emulsify the oil into a milky texture and continue massaging.
4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
