I have to say this is good but not recommend it if you don't have pimples all over your face. It's good because it really worked to reduce the swollen of a pimple on my cheek. You can feel the needles get into ur skin but no pain at all. But, after you open the package this product is only good for a month. So if you don't have a lot of pimples but just want to find a patch in case one day you have a pimple this is not for you.Another issue is this is for night care but not overnight care, you have to remove it after 4 hours. So make sure you apply it earlier at night.

I like these but you don't get very many in a box so they are a bit expensive. The microneedles aren't to bad. They are a glorified pimple patch. Im not sure if they are really better than others but they did help and the fluid they collected over night was good.

Love them. Shrunk my cystic acne break out and pimple like cysts on chin. Just wish they had more in the pack or an option for more. Ordering second batch and just discovered this recently in the past week. I love these definitely worth your $ as long as used as instructed.

I would say this does work because I used it on a white pimple and when it was done the pimple was completely flat. What did through me off was the little micro darts on the patches. I didn’t realize that you could feel them when you pressed down on the patches to secure it. It didn’t hurt which was nice.

Good micro dot acne, works better than the regular one

These micro dart patches were simple to use by peeling off the little circular edge and sticking them on my face (used these on the bridge of my nose). I definitely felt the darts hit my skin, but it was not painful at all. It did take a little more effort to get it sealed onto my skin well enough. It wasn't going to fall off, but it felt like it may have shifted around if I didn't take the time to go around the edge several times to ensure it was secured.I would imagine these are geared toward nighttime use, but I had these on during the day as I worked from home. I took them off after the 4 hours they suggest leaving them on for.I noticed the redness of the forming pimple was reduced and it wasn't as painful to the touch anymore. These definitely helped clear up the affected area a lot faster.

I have oily skin and get acne during my period. I like using patches to help heal any acne that pops up and wanted to try these microdarts ones. This set I tried to use on a nasty one I had on my chin but it had trouble sticking. The chin is a tough spot since it moves more than anywhere else on my face, but other brand patches stayed longer. I think these patches did ok.

These patches are slightly different than the pimple patches that you are usually familiar with these have small spike that penetrate your skin and help release the impurities. I notice it works better for me at early stages of my pimple to get them less bruised and inflamed looking. I'll typically apply these during my PM routine and leave them on as long as I can (generally over 9 hours). The longer the better results is what I've seen in terms of getting rid of blemishes.
